Requirements:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Willingness to work in a conventional clinic setting
• Availability for a four-day workweek without Mondays or Fridays off
• Commitment to maintaining high patient satisfaction and quality scores
• Partnership collaboration with two advanced practitioners
• Openness to virtual visits
