Apply on imancentral.org Inner-City Muslim Action Network (IMAN) is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations at its Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Chicago. This senior, full-time role reports directly to the Executive Director and combines direct patient care with significant leadership and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive, family-oriented primary care to patients across all life stages and genders Provide clinical leadership and oversight of all licensed independent providers (nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, behavioural health professionals) and contractors Collaborate with the Director of Health Center Operations to achieve clinical, financial, and operational objectives Lead implementation and execution of the health center's programme strategies across clinical, operational, and financial areas Oversee quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives Ensure delivery of comprehensive, accessible, and culturally competent care to IMAN's diverse inner-city patient population

Required Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completed residency in family medicine or related primary care field Current board certification or eligibility Valid and active medical licence to practise in Illinois

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership experience in community health or FQHC settings Compensation & Details: $200,000–$230,000 per year. Full-time position located at 2744 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL 60629.
