The University of Chicago's Department of Pathology is searching for Clinical Associates at 100% effort for renewable terms of up to three years.

The appointee will be based at one or more University of Chicago community hospitals and will have clinical responsibilities in anatomic and clinical pathology.

These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity.

Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent upon qualifications. This position is benefits-eligible.

Qualifications
  • have a medical doctorate or equivalent
  • hold or be eligible to hold a medical license in the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana
  • have board certification in Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology (with or without an additional subspecialty) through the American Board of Pathology
  • have the ability to carry and maintain CLIA licensure

Applicants with experience in administration, quality improvement, and lab operations are preferred.
