- Requirements:
Board Certified, Active Illinois License, BLS. - Schedule:
- Coverage needed the rest of 2026
- Nov. 23-25
- Dec. 21-24 & 28-31
- Upcoming Coverage:
The site will be entering additional dates for January–June 2027
- Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up.
- The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment.
- Clinic Coverage only!
- Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups
Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, follow up or consult - EMR: EPIC
- Weekly Direct Deposit
