Job Description Inner-City Muslim Action Network (IMAN) is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations at its Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Chicago. This senior, full-time role reports directly to the Executive Director and combines direct patient care with significant leadership and administrative responsibilities.###

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive, family-oriented primary care to patients across all life stages and genders
* Provide clinical leadership and oversight of all licensed independent providers (nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, behavioural health professionals) and contractors
* Collaborate with the Director of Health Center Operations to achieve clinical, financial, and operational objectives
* Lead implementation and execution of the health center's programme strategies across clinical, operational, and financial areas
* Oversee quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
* Ensure delivery of comprehensive, accessible, and culturally competent care to IMAN's diverse inner-city patient population###

Required Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Completed residency in family medicine or related primary care field
* Current board certification or eligibility
* Valid and active medical licence to practise in Illinois###

Preferred Qualifications
* Leadership experience in community health or FQHC settings### Compensation & Details $200,000–$230,000 per year. Full-time position located at 2744 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL 60629.
