FAMILY PHYSICIAN# FAMILY PHYSICIANChicago, IL 60608## Overview Salary Range$ - $ Salary/year## Description Alivio Medical Center is seeking a full-time, bilingual Family Physician. The Family Physician is directly responsible for performing and recording patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis, recommendations of medical treatment, rendering of on-site treatment and hospitalization services as necessary.

* Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
* Board certified or Board Eligible (within the initial allowable period of time post-graduation)
* Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois
* Federal DEA registration
* Basic Life Support Training
* Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
* Previous experience in a community health center setting, desired.
