• High School Diploma or GED
• Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications, including:
• 60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of college credit with at least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, OR
• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, OR
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 18 years old
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
• 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori or Reggio‑inspired environment

$18.50 – $24.00 per hour (West Loop)
