LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing project manager with 7 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for our financial services client in Chicago, IL. This role is 100% remote CST ideally located in Chicago, IL. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary connector across Creative, Digital, Social, and Line of Business teams—managing timelines, resources, and feedback to keep all initiatives aligned, on schedule, and on brand.
- Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring every deliverable is completed on time, within scope, and at the expected quality level.
- Guide projects from initial planning through execution and final delivery, driving clarity on objectives, timelines, and required inputs.
- Convert stakeholder needs into clear, actionable plans for Operations and Enablement teams.
- Lead recurring status check-ins to monitor progress, surface potential risks, and remove roadblocks.
- Maintain a deep understanding of campaign components and identify the appropriate creative, digital, and strategic partners for each initiative.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Proficient in Adobe Workfront or related project management tools
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects that span creative, email, and social media deliverables.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, communication, and requirements‑gathering skills to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate Workfront and associated operational workflows.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end campaign processes and the roles of cross‑functional marketing teams.
- 7-12 years of marketing project management experience
6 month contract
Compensation$45.00-$53.00 per hour
