LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Temporary Weekend Training Coordinator to support an upcoming election‑related training initiative. In this role, you will assist with training sessions, support participants during hands‑on activities, and help ensure smooth, well‑organized instructional programs.
Temporary Weekend Training CoordinatorKey Responsibilities
- Support trainers during large‑group election training sessions and assist with assigned breakout activities
- Help participants with questions, hands‑on tasks, and election‑related online training programs
- Prepare training materials and assist with room setup prior to each session
- Rotate between training rooms as needed and maintain clear communication with the training team
- Ensure equipment and materials are accounted for at the start and end of each shift
- Experience in training, facilitation, education, customer service, or working with large groups
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and support coordination across multiple training rooms
- Dependability and punctuality, with comfort working in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
This role is ideal for candidates seeking weekend‑only work. Training sessions will take place Friday through Sunday in support of an upcoming election, with 8‑hour shifts. There may also be opportunities for weekday shifts based on business needs and individual availability.
Compensation: $17/hr
