Our award-winning programs in Language Arts, Math, and Public Speaking blend academic rigor with creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. Brain Power’s classrooms are dynamic, discussion-based environments where students debate, write, and explore ideas at a level far beyond their grade.
Our faculty—PhD-level educators and gifted teachers—believe in teaching students not just what to think, but how to think: deeply, clearly, and creatively.
Now, Brain Power is expanding into the United States. We’re launching a pilot program to bring our distinctive educational experience to American families—and we’re seeking an exceptional Lead Instructor & Community Coordinator to help us build this first chapter.
About the RoleAs the Lead Instructor & Community Leader, you will serve as the founding educator and local representative of Brain Power in your city.
You’ll begin by teaching one weekly Brain Power class for Grades 1–2 (Math or Language Arts), while also building connections with families, educators, and community partners. Over time, you’ll mentor additional teachers, coordinate new classes, and help shape the growth of Brain Power’s U.S. programs. This role can remain part-time and has the potential to expand into a full time campus leader role within 6-8 months (if desired)!
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, articulate, and creative educator who wants to combine teaching excellence with leadership and outreach.
Key Responsibilities Instruction & Student Engagement- Teach one weekly Brain Power class for Grades 1–2 in Math or Language Arts, using our established curriculum and methods.
- Deliver Brain Power’s signature style of teaching—rigorous, interactive, and idea-driven—balancing intellectual challenge with warmth and encouragement.
- Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that inspires curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents to celebrate student progress and foster trust and connection.
- Serve as a model educator for future Brain Power teachers, demonstrating excellence in classroom management, tone, and pedagogy.
- Help identify, onboard, and mentor part-time instructors as the U.S. program grows.
- Support new teachers in understanding Brain Power’s expectations, curriculum structure, and student-centered philosophy.
- Represent Brain Power at local events, partner schools, and education fairs.
- Coordinate logistics for your classes (materials, scheduling, space setup, attendance).
- Build relationships with schools, parents, and community organizations to introduce Brain Power to new audiences.
- Organize and host small community events—open houses, info sessions, or “Family Passport” enrichment workshops—to showcase our programs and culture.
- Work closely with Brain Power HQ to share insights, local feedback, and new partnership opportunities.
