Description:

Arlington Heights School District 25 is seeking Special Education Teachers for grades K-7 for the 2026 Extended School Year Program.

Dates:
June 10, 2026 to July 2, 2026.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.

There is no school on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Pay:
Extended School Year Teachers will be compensated at $30/hour.

No benefits.

All summer school compensation will be subject to Teacher's Retirement System credit and corresponding deductions in accordance with TRS regulations.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have experience in providing a nurturing academic environment. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to plan and implement appropriate programming within the context of a collaborative model.

Applicants must be appropriately certified:

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License

LBSI Approval
