Part-Time CPR / First Aid / AED / BLS Instructor
Falcon CPR Training is seeking a dependable, professional Part-Time Instructor to deliver high-quality CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS training to adults, teens, and children in community, workplace, and school settings.
This role requires instructors who value structure, consistency, and public trust. Instructors are expected to follow established class flows, maintain professionalism at all times, and create a calm, confidence-building learning environment for students.
The position follows a fixed schedule and may include local travel to client locations for additional teaching opportunities. This is a part-time role with variable class volume and no guaranteed hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Teach CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS classes to adult and pediatric audiences
- Maintain a supportive, respectful, and professional classroom environment
- Ensure accurate skills practice, assessment, and documentation
- Follow Falcon CPR Training’s instructional standards and policies
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to teach scheduled classes
- Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, availability, and travel
- Monday evenings starting at 5:30 PM (class may start later, but no later than 6:30 PM)
- Friday mornings starting at 8:30 AM
- Saturdays starting at 8:30 AM
- Consistent availability for all listed times is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort teaching both adults and children
- Ability to follow structured lesson plans and established standards
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel locally to client training locations
- CPR / First Aid / AED / BLS Instructor certification preferred
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain Instructor certification (training provided for the right candidate)
