The Supervisor, Digital Investment will be responsible for campaign activation, managing day-to-day team deliverables, and acting as the primary point of contact for media partners. You will assist in managing a team of Associates and Negotiators, while also working closely with the Associate Director to plan tactical recommendations and bring innovative, exciting opportunities to clients.
Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of approved media plans, including taxonomy generation, trafficking, and pre & post-launch QAs
- Own pre- and post-launch comms with media partners to ensure delivery of appropriate assets and tags for an accurate, on-time launch
- Partner with two other Supervisors to manage team of Negotiators, Associate Negotiators and offshore analysts, ensuring proper prioritization and accurate completion of work
- Mentor & train junior team members in tasks such as trafficking, Prisma campaign maintenance
- Work with AD to develop integrated tactical plans through thoughtful review of vendor proposals and demonstrated understanding of client briefs
- Build and maintain relationships with media publishers and meet with new vendors to assess value and applicability
- Coordinate with Strategy team to ensure accurate tracking and implementation of budgets
- Assist Data & Analytics team with monthly and ad-hoc reporting needs, providing context on past performance & ensuring required optimizations are actioned

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of digital media buying/planning experience
- Experience planning & activating digital campaigns for a large, national brand
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
- Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, particularly in the display, OLV and audio channels
- Experience with Prisma, DCM, and Double Verify preferred

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
