Teaching duties will consist of instruction in all facets of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration. The position requires a strong commitment to student‑centered success in the HVACR industry. Duties include various faculty responsibilities, and it is preferred that the candidate serve as program coordinator.

• Associates degree or “journeyman status” in a HAC‑related union (HAC pipe fitters, HAC sheet metalwork, HAC controls technicians, or HAC building engineers) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience,
OR equivalent training and experience in a non‑union environment with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

• 2,000 hours of relevant HVAC work experience required.

• The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards for classroom instruction and apply innovative teaching methods to support students at all skill levels.

• Will prepare, instruct, and evaluate courses and seek continuous improvement in teaching methodology and student‑centered learning.
