This role does not involve overseeing 30 students in rows or delivering state‑mandated lesson plans. Instead, you will coach small cohorts of self‑motivated learners eager to accelerate their progress, explore subjects in depth, and take ownership of their educational trajectory. • Driving student engagement and mentorship through consistent, one‑on‑one and small‑group interactions—coaching rather than lecturing
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI‑driven platforms to enable individualized pacing for every learner
• Facilitating focused workshops on leadership development, essential life skills, and practical success frameworks

• Availability to work on‑site at one of the following locations:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitive success, etc.)
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
• Current legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
