Job Summary Adjunct Civil Engineering Technology Instructor to teach CET
101 – Engineering Fundamentals 100% online, August 26, 2026 – December 17, 2026, days and times to be determined.

Essential Functions
  • Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi.
  • Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students.
  • Fosters a safe and civil learning environment.
  • Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies.
  • Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or diploma in subject area.
  • 1.5 years of civil engineering related experience with Associate degree in subject area OR
  • 3 years of non‑teaching work experience related to specific course with Diploma in subject area.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.
