You've reached the top of a demanding, competitive arena. Elite sports, a distinguished degree from a top‑tier institution, a role at a highly selective organization, or a company you launched and grew yourself. You understand the gap between participation and real competition. Now consider channeling that drive into a space filled with K‑12 students who have never encountered someone with your caliber of experience, holding them to standards they never imagined they could meet.
Alpha leverages AI‑driven 1:1 instruction, enabling students to complete core academics in roughly two hours each day. The remaining time is dedicated to life skills, passion projects, and meaningful development. At Alpha's most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose personal accomplishments model excellence: someone capable of reading the environment, establishing expectations, and coaching through resistance, distraction, and doubt.
Your role is not to instruct; it's to coach, challenge, and maintain the same rigorous standard you've applied to yourself. You'll dedicate 80% of your time to direct 1‑on‑1 and small‑group coaching sessions, along with life‑skills workshops. The remaining 20% involves setting the daily tone through focused openings that build a culture where mediocrity has no place.
The trajectory here isn't about advancing into management. It's about mastery. You begin by internalizing Alpha's approach and earning student trust. Within months, you become the person they rely on to push them beyond perceived limits. The payoff isn't a title. It's witnessing a student who avoided eye contact in September confidently presenting to a room of adults by May.
If you've been seeking a way to leverage your elite background for something beyond your own credentials, apply now. If you require a scripted curriculum, a conventional classroom, or a route to an administrative position, this isn't the right fit.
What You Will Be Doing- Conducting 1‑on‑1 and small‑group coaching sessions that identify individual obstacles, establish ambitious targets, and ensure students follow through with accountability
- Facilitating structured life‑skills workshops designed for mastery rather than engagement, drawing on credible narratives from your own elite background
- Evaluating student mastery using tools such as Test2
Pass and monitoring progress through Coachbot analytics to refine coaching tactics in real time - Establishing the cultural standard each morning via focused kickoffs that communicate high‑performance expectations campus‑wide
- Cultivating trusted mentor relationships with students and families by maintaining high standards, consistency, and documented motivation strategies
- Creating lesson plans, developing curriculum, or grading student work. Alpha's academic system manages that independently.
- Lecturing to a full classroom of 30 students. Your focus is high‑touch coaching in intimate groups, not mass instruction.
- Supervising other staff or pursuing an administrative career path. This position centers on direct student impact, not organizational advancement.
- Attending faculty meetings or dealing with institutional bureaucracy. Your time remains concentrated on students.
- Compromising standards to meet metrics. If a student achieved 99%, your task is to understand what prevented 100%.
