Position Overview- Provide social-emotional support and evidence-based interventions that promote student well-being and academic success.
- Manage a mild-to-moderate special education caseload while supporting behavioral and therapeutic goals.
- Partner with students and families to support attendance improvement and re‑engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a trauma‑informed and supportive school environment.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
- Experience supporting high‑risk youth, student re‑engagement, or trauma‑informed practices (Preferred)
- Strong flexibility, communication, and relationship‑building skills in high‑needs school settings
- Top Compensation:
Earn $46.30 - $49.60 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Social Worker, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
