Chicago Public Schools is looking for an Instructional Support Leader (ISL) to enhance teaching capacity across elementary schools in Chicago. The ISL will support instructional development by collaborating with teachers and school leadership teams to drive academic achievement. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and significant teaching experience. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of effective teaching practices.

Salary ranges from $78,700 to $111,000 annually depending on experience.
