Provide social work services to students, families, and school staff
Exposure to multiple grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
Collaborative teams including Counselors, Psychologists, Intervention Specialists, and Administration
Opportunities to support MTSS / RTI, SEL initiatives, and school-wide programs
You’ll support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development while helping schools address barriers to learning and foster a positive school environment.
Core ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group counseling and social work services
Support academic planning and social-emotional development
Collaborate on IEPs, 504 plans, and intervention strategies as appropriate
Partner with educators, families, and school staff to support student success
Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral support, and referral services
Support school-wide initiatives such as SEL programs and MTSS
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Valid Social Worker license or certification (state-specific) LiSW preferred
School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting student growth, mental health, and family engagement
