Global Research Group - Creative :
Junior Level (Skale 50) Primary Objective

Quality of work product and efficiency of delivery

Scope of Role
  • Responsible for supporting Creative projects of medium‑low complexity, with manager support
  • Strong process and time‑management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple, competing deadlines
  • Building an understanding of our Creative capabilities, solutions and analytic methods
  • Start to support timeline management and communication with Ops teams
  • Support KAP setup/link testing for medium‑low complexity accounts/projects; observe high‑complexity opportunities as they arise
  • Supports development of questionnaire, sample design and analytic plan for medium‑low complexity accounts/projects with manager support (observes high‑complexity)
  • Actively seeks opportunities to support proposal development and uses materials provided by senior team members
  • Participates in client design and questionnaire discussions with some supervision
  • Supports data analysis and first report drafts for medium‑low complexity projects, working toward fully owning low‑complexity drafts
  • Reads verbatims and reviews dashboards; notifies clients when both are ready
  • Helps with presentation development
  • Proactively identifies issues and actively participates in their resolution (including observing and reaching out to relevant teams)
  • Supports communication with KMP PMs on medium‑low complexity projects; observes communications with Operations (DP, DD, Coding) on higher‑complexity projects
  • Serves as a go‑to for new team members who have questions
  • Actively participates in training and makes suggestions on how to improve the program
  • Takes ownership of building skills through training, asking questions and supporting team members
  • Optimizes efficiency of delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Challenges the status quo, looks for opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes
  • Manages quality of work and works with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes following industry best practices
  • Performs in‑depth quality checks at various stages of research to ensure accuracy
  • Seeks to create an inclusive and positive environment and culture
  • Attends ERG/social community meetings and activities
Experience & Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional experience or strong internships/MMR programs; market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies
  • Strong process and time‑management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., data management, cross‑tab and proprietary tools)
  • Strong detail‑orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem‑solving
  • Natural curiosity, a can‑do attitude, driven and able to take initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines
