This is a full‑time, on‑site Program Specialist role based in Chicago, IL. The Program Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing STEM programs designed to engage and support underrepresented youth. Key responsibilities include overseeing program schedules, coordinating resources, maintaining strong relationships with students and stakeholders, and analyzing program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Additional duties include supporting training initiatives, ensuring excellent participant service, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative program environment.

• Proven experience in Program Management and the ability to oversee logistics and operations effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess program performance and measure impact.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with youth, educators, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Training and facilitating educational workshops or professional development sessions.
• Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service to participants and collaborators.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for youth.
• Passion for STEM education and working with underrepresented communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, STEM, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
