What You Will Do
As an Enrollment Specialist you will assist students in identifying education and career goals, guide them through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to their first term, and inspire them to remain focused on their objectives.
Essential Responsibilities- Represent the university with professionalism and integrity, manage a full pipeline of incoming students through the enrollment cycle from initial inquiry through a successful first term experience, and respond to any potential students’ concerns, issues or inquiries, qualifying students for various academic programs.
- Continuously meet and exceed monthly enrollment objectives.
- Accurately document and record continuous contact using the CRM system (Salesforce) with each prospective or returning student and produce activity reports as needed.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of the offerings, programs, services, and processes of all colleges.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Visits to high schools, community colleges, corporations, and other educational or corporate partners as required.
- Ability to handle high volume student interactions via phone, internet, and in person, with a sincere desire to help others and strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong database management skills and experience working with a CRM system such as Salesforce; proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience in a customer‑facing environment; at least 3 years of related experience.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $47,365 to $66,311 annually.
Compensation decisions are based on factors such as budgetary considerations, job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, market considerations, tenure and internal equity.
