We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with strong Hub Spot expertise to support ongoing campaign execution and marketing automation efforts. This is a short-term contract opportunity ideal for someone who can jump into established processes, keep campaigns moving, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.
What You’ll Do- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in Hub Spot with a focus on accuracy, brand consistency, and best practices
- Create and manage targeted audiences using segmentation, lists, and behavioral data
- Set up and maintain workflows for email automation and lead nurturing
- QA emails, workflows, and lists to ensure proper functionality and deliverability
- Monitor performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and suggest basic optimizations
- Partner with Marketing Strategy and Content teams to execute timely campaigns
- Maintain documentation and follow established campaign processes
- 1–3 years of hands‑on email marketing experience, specifically within Hub Spot
- Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and audience segmentation
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Clear, collaborative communication style with a solutions‑oriented mindset
- Knowledge of email compliance and opt‑in best practices
- Exposure to SMS or Whats App marketing campaigns
Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
