Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary liaison for PT, OT and SLP student clinical affiliations
- Maintaining strong, organized relationships with affiliating academic institutions, including management of student contracts and agreements
- Coordinating student placements, onboarding requirements, schedules, and evaluations
- Ensuring a robust, supportive learning environment that promotes the professional development of future Therapists
- Collaborating closely with therapy leadership and clinical instructors to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across student experiences
- Supporting continuous improvement of student education processes and resources
