Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional programs and activities.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Provide support to students with special needs, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and students.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student success.

Additional Information: Renewal for summer school employment is based on performance.
