Role Overview:

As a School Social Worker, you will be integral to the support system for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the development and management of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Collaborating with two district-wide counselors (one at the High School and one at the Middle School)
• Embracing the IEP platform to ensure pliance and support for students educational needs
• Providing social, emotional, and behavioral support to elementary students
• Engaging with teachers, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment
