United Schools Associates (USA), the official Benefits Enrollment Firm for Chicago Public Schools (CPS), is seeking professional Benefits Counselors to support CPS employees during Open Enrollment.
Bilingual Benefits Counselors will educate CPS employees and provide professional enrollment support during the enrollment period.
Compensation- Standard Benefits Counselor: $300/day guaranteed
- Certified Elite Benefits Counselor: $400/day guaranteed
- Top producers may earn up to $1,000/day
- Top Open Enrollment performers
- Experienced enrollment professionals
- Outstanding Week 1 performers
- $200/day paid training
- Benefits education
- Enrollment platform training
- CPS compliance procedures
- Communication strategies
- Additional daily incentive pay
- Priority school assignments

- Possess an active Illinois Life & Health license
- Pass USA Training University
- Successfully complete CPS background screening
USA will cover the cost of the required CPS background screening.
