The Department of Management in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago invites candidates to apply for a full-time, one-year, non-tenure-track faculty appointment, to begin in Fall 2026. This position is focused on teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Management, including Strategy and International Business. Candidates are expected to have prior teaching experience at the college level and relevant professional experience in related areas.
Other responsibilities include participating in faculty discussions to develop and maintain a relevant curriculum for both undergraduate and graduate programs. The teaching load is 7 courses per academic year. In addition to teaching and service responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to cultivate relationships with the board of advisors and the business community in the Chicago area to support student internship, mentorship, and consulting projects.
The Department of Management consists of 26 full-time faculty members with specializations in business ethics, entrepreneurship, strategy, organizational behavior, human resources, sport management, and international business. For further information on the Management faculty, see https://.

Qualifications
Academic and Professional Qualifications include a minimum of an earned master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a closely related field. Leadership experience in business and industry is preferred. A PhD or DBA is not required but is desirable. Qualified candidates must demonstrate teaching competence and a strong commitment to the mission of the University.
