United Schools Associates (USA), the official Benefits Enrollment Firm for Chicago Public Schools (CPS), is seeking professional Benefits Counselors to support CPS employees during Open Enrollment. Benefits Counselors will educate CPS employees and provide professional enrollment support during the enrollment period.

Spanish-speaking counselors are highly encouraged to apply. Approved bilingual counselors may receive additional daily incentive pay, priority school assignments, and expanded opportunities.
Requirements- Possess an active Illinois Life & Health License
- Pass USA Training University
- Successfully complete CPS background screening
Applicants must attend ONE scheduled screening date:
- June 30, 2027 OR July 30, 2027
