Youth Guidance is looking for a program facilitator to supervise students before and after school at Dubois Elementary School in Chicago. The role involves maintaining behavioral expectations, assisting in homework, collaborating on program development, and promoting the values of Youth Guidance. Hours are Monday to Thursday from 1 PM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM.

The candidate must have strong communication skills and experience working with children.
