We are currently interviewing for a dedicated Middle School Special Education Co‑Teacher to join a dynamic team in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about creating an inclusive classroom environment and helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to co‑teach alongside general education teachers, developing and implementing effective strategies to support all students. Ideal candidates will have experience in differentiated instruction, individualized education program (IEP) development, and collaborative teaching.

• Must be able to work full-time hours for the duration of the full school term.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Special Education endorsement (LBS1).
• Experience in co‑teaching or collaborative classroom settings is highly preferred.
• Must be able and willing to pass a background check and drug screening prior to the start of the assignment.
