Responsibilities
  • Own, administer, and optimize the organization's Hub Spot Marketing Hub environment, ensuring scalable marketing automation processes, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle marketing programs to improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Manage and optimize the MQL-to-SQL funnel, including lead scoring, qualification criteria, routing logic, and handoff processes to maximize pipeline generation and sales effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing operations strategies, streamline processes, and improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and campaign automation initiatives while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
  • Analyze marketing performance data using Hub Spot, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement and integration of the marketing technology stack, including collaboration with teams leveraging Hub Spot Sales Hub and Service Hub to create a seamless customer journey and unified reporting framework.

This will be a hybrid position - working 4 days at their Lincolnwood, IL office.
