8th grade Middle School Math​/Science Teacher

Betty Shabazz International Charter Schools, located in Chicago, is looking for dynamic teachers with a proven track record of inspiring academic excellence.

Teachers must be able to provide evidence in the following areas:

• A minimum of 7 years teaching elementary school
• An ability to execute strategies that create a classroom culture and climate that is conducive to learning
• Experience analyzing data to drive instruction
• An ability to differentiate instruction for various skill levels and learning styles
• Documented history of exceptional student growth
• Experience with students of varying academic skill levels
