Position requires onsite teaching in the Chicagoland area and a relevant Master's Degree.

We are seeking primarily industry professionals to teach and share their knowledge and experience with undergraduate and graduate students.

• Courses meet once or twice a week for eight weeks.
• Face‑to‑face interaction blended with technology such as online discussions and online assignments.
• Faculty facilitate student learning by teaching courses in accordance with university requirements.
• Faculty develop course syllabi and lesson plans and apply teaching techniques to best achieve objectives.
• Faculty participate in a comprehensive training and development program.
• Work hours and assignments may vary based on university needs.
• Faculty collaborate with peers and support students through meaningful engagement.

• Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus following campus templates.
• Organize, prepare, and regularly revise course materials.
• Use appropriate technologies for online tools and course software.
• Model effective oral and written communication that engages students.
• Set clear expectations for the course by publishing objectives and assessment schedules.
• Ensure that exam content matches course objectives.
• Grade exams consistently and provide timely feedback.
• Integrate responsible use of AI technologies in the classroom.
• Recognize and address inappropriate student use of AI tools.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Master's degree in the subject taught or a related field with 18 graduate credit hours.
• Degree awarded by an accredited institution.
• Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in instructional technology, digital literacy, and responsible AI practices.

Pay is based on level, credit hours taught per 8‑week session, and location.

• Pay may vary; $1500‑$2700 per 8‑week session in most states.
• In AZ, CA, IN, and PA pay at $22.00 or $23.50 per hour.
