Role

The Assistant Director of Student Experience, under the supervision of Noble’s Director of Student Experience, will lead proactive efforts to enhance the experiential needs of students and campuses. Specifically, the ADSE will cultivate vision, strategy, support systems, input cycles, data, and professional development mechanisms that enhance Noble campuses in the areas of
1) promotion,
2) MTSS,
3) school scheduling. The ADSE will support a caseload of campuses in all Student Experience functions, so fluency and ongoing collaboration on Noble’s retention structures, including advisory and enrichment programming in collaboration with the Student Experience Team is essential.

Responsibilities

Student Promotion & Graduation

Relentlessly and continuously focus on improving Noble’s on‑time promotion and graduation rates. Through supporting our Deans of Students and creating and supporting a robust Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) at all campuses, create an environment where students are relentlessly supported around their attendance, academic, and behavioral promotion requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, providing rich support (policy and practice guidance, tracking, reporting) around transcripts, credit recovery, Report Card Pick Up, daily attendance and truancy intervention, graduation, etc.

Work with Noble Data Team to continually refine and enhance MTSS and promotion dashboards and corresponding systems.

Campus Support & Development

Work with a caseload of Noble schools across all Student Experience functions, providing monthly hands on development and support. Coordinate and execute professional development aligned with research and high leverage strategies in MTSS and promotion for campus Student Experience Leads. Collaborate across NST teams across shared priorities and metrics.

Measured Metrics of Success

Success for the Assistant Director of Student Experience is determined by the ongoing improvement of multiple culture and student support metrics. This includes, but is not limited to, metrics like student retention, daily attendance, student on‑track promotion and graduation rates, % of students participating in The Noble League, and overall favorability on Noble’s Student Experience Survey.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 5+ years developing and leading a school and/or Network with rich systems of student experience and supports
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full‑time basis

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications with a salary range of $80,000 to $98,000.
