Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a Jesuit, college‑preparatory, co‑educational school. The Assistant Coach will work with coed Track & Field teams and assist the Head Coach.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting the boys and girls track & field teams, under the supervision of the Head Coach.

• Strong background in the sport.
• Excellent role model.
• Flexible in nature and dedicated to empowering Hispanic student‑athletes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; familiarity with the mission of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School; the ability to respond effectively to the needs of student‑athletes.
• Minimum 21 years of age; driver’s license preferred.

• Ability to use technology in support of instruction and athlete development.
• Commitment to working with a diverse student body.
• Familiarity with Spanish language and first‑generation college bound students preferred.
• Willingness to collaborate with others.
• Familiarity with current coaching and training methods.
• Organizational skills.
