Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Athletics and Enrollment, the Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for supporting student enrollment efforts through the planning and execution of enrollment events, as well as the planning of enrollment events. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective students and families, helping to create a welcoming and informative experience that reflects the school's mission and values.
The coordinator manages all aspects of enrollment-related events, including campus visits, open houses, and outreach programs, while collaborating closely with enrollment, marketing, and academic departments. The coordinator functions in accordance with the policies and procedures of Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School. The coordinator works cooperatively with members of the administration, faculty, staff, and students and acts in a manner that ensures the smooth functioning of the department and the school.
This is a 10-month, school year position.
Essential Duties:
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the enrollment team. Recruitment Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract and enroll potential students and their families. Interfaces and engages with prospective parents, students and schools to communicate the philosophy of and the benefits of a McAuley education. Facilitates and attends approximately 40 fall recruiting events - grade school visits, high school fairs, and other recruiting events. This includes a combination of day and evening events.
Coordinators registration and follow up process on all enrollment and recruitment events. Manages and organizes the recruitment schedule to ensure that dates and times are accurate. Oversees the scheduling of Student Ambassadors to attend recruitment visits. Coordinates logistics, plans and attends meetings for the Student Ambassador program in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Enrollment and is the Student Ambassador liaison for recruitment visits.
Develops an enrollment and recruitment timeline of mailers, emails, text messages, website updates, phone calls, etc. Generates ideas and content for the Future Macs newsletter for prospective students and families. Manage and oversee our Shadow Day program with the support of the Assistant Director of Enrollment. Involvement with shadow day logistics and coordination. Events Responsibilities:
Plans and executes events related to recruitment and develops and oversees standard operating procedures to ensure the events run smoothly. Plan, coordinate, and execute all enrollment related events, including open houses, shadow days, campus tours, and accepted student programs. Attends events that are specifically related to the enrollment department. Assist with planning as well as attend the following enrollment events: EMPOWER First Year Experience, Open Houses, One Last Look, School-wide Shadow Days, Entrance Exam Test Day, Incoming Freshman Registration, Science Bowl, Grade School Clinics and Workshops, Roadshow, Scholarship Night, Girls' Night Out, Sing-A-Long Movie Event, and if needed, plan/attend other events as needed.
Evaluate event success and recommend improvements based on feedback and participation data. Maintain organized records of event attendance, communications, and recruitment activities. Instrumental in the development of the EMPOWER together program for first year students. Administrative Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to student recruitment and enrollment events. Coordinate office logistics and provide general clerical support for the enrollment department. Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the enrollment office. Prepare and organize materials for enrollment events, orientations, open houses, shadow days, placement testing and other activities as needed. Create, print, and distribute name tags, signage, informational packets and event materials for students and families.
