Resource Coordinator

The Resource Coordinator (RC) informs and facilitates community school direct programs at the school level. The role includes the ability to support the implementation of the Enlace and Education Team vision and framework, based on Community Cultural Wealth, strong commitment to collaborative work that will inform the community school programming inclusive of administration, youth, parents and multi-sector stakeholders. The RC will serve as the person who will provide support and coordination of new and existing resources in the school to seamlessly weave the school day and out of school time offerings.
These resources will include funding, volunteers, staff and other tools that will aid in the success of a comprehensive Enlace's Community School model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of community school and education programs, ensuring alignment with school goals, organizational priorities, and funder requirements.
Community Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, school staff, community organizations, and external stakeholders to strengthen school-community partnerships, coordinate resources, and expand opportunities for youth and families.
Staff Supervision & Operational Management
- Supervise and support program staff, manage budgets and program operations, oversee reporting and compliance requirements, and coordinate events, outreach efforts, and strategic planning to ensure effective program delivery.

- Demonstrates the ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships with youth, families, school staff, community partners, and stakeholders to strengthen programs and increase access to resources.
Leadership, Coaching & Accountability
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively supervise, coach, support, and hold staff, volunteers, and program partners accountable to ensure high-quality program implementation and positive team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in education or social service preferred or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bilingual Spanish/English (speaking and writing) required
Compensation:
The salary range for this position annually is between 50k and 55k. Salary is commensurate with experience in addition to the generous benefits package listed below.
