• Childcare: 1 year (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Associate or Bachelor in a related field (Required)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
• Consider yourself a natural, empathetic leader and collaborative teammate
• Have work experience and/or educational background in ECE
• Willing to become credentialed
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can physically complete the tasks necessary to care for small children
• Agree with and can deliver on our mission to provide exceptional care and learning

• Lead class by pre-reading, rehearsing, and ultimately knowing our Learning Beyond Paper curriculum
• Welcoming and connecting with families to discuss the progress of their children in your classroom
• Encouraging fun and engagement with learning through games, play, and art projects.
• Taking photos of the children's progress & maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom environment
• Participating in training and providing feedback to classroom leads about your experience with students and the curriculum
