Key Job Responsibilities- Complete all tasks related to triennial Full Individual Evaluations, annual Individual Education Plans, and annual Section 504 Plans.
- Open all documents in IMPACT.
- Conduct observations of students during class.
- Schedule meetings on team roster and calendar.
- Coordinate with Learning Specialists and ensure quality completion of all documents (e.g., Consent/Assessment Planning, Learning Environment Interventions, Notice of Conference, Parental Excusal of Staff) ten days prior to meeting.
- Attend and facilitate all meetings.
- Ensure all signatures are captured and all copies are provided to parents and uploaded into IMPACT.
- Communicate and coordinate with Network and CPS for all transportation, paraprofessional, and placement requests.
- Coordinate with outside service providers (psychologist, nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist, assistive technology, speech language pathology, visual impairment, hearing impairment).
- Send all quarterly IEP progress reports and other ODLSS mass mailings home and obtain signatures.
- Manage learning specialists, paraprofessionals, and teacher assistants.
- Own promotion results and matriculation of diverse learners.
- Implement Noble’s Community Pact with fidelity to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are safe, supported, and empowered to grow academically.
- Unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school and college and lead exemplary lives.

- Self‑awareness, regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve.
- Follow‑through, attention to detail, and belief that "sweating the small stuff" matters.
- Passion for organization and completing paperwork with fidelity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating IEP and 504 meetings.
- Three years or more of experience working in the special education field.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Illinois Teaching License (PEL or ELS) with Learning Behavior Specialist I endorsement (LBSI) or out‑of‑state equivalent of a Special Education teaching license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Compensation for this position falls between $78,000 and $97,000 per year, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range. A comprehensive compensation plan will include a competitive benefits package.
