The Posse Foundation Inc is seeking a Posse Trainer in Chicago, IL, to recruit and support Posse Scholars through various training initiatives, including workshops focused on leadership and team-building. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience working with high school and college students.
Responsibilities include conducting outreach, interviewing candidates, facilitating workshops, and tracking academic progress. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary, along with a belief in the mission of The Posse Foundation. Knowledge of local public high schools is a plus.
