North Park Theological Seminary is seeking to hire a half-time Continuing Education Administrator will serve as the primary implementer of the continuing education initiative of “One Covenant Community,” a five-year, large-scale collaborative project funded by the Lilly Endowment’s Pathways for Tomorrow Initiative. The Administrator will support the design process and build resulting systems, programs, and resources, working under the direction of project and working group leaders.

This role requires someone who brings research skills, systems expertise, and strong follow-through — and who thrives in an environment where the work is still taking shape. This is a time-limited position, to end December 31, 2030. Reports to project director.

• Support the work of the Continuing Education Team as it designs and implements a denominational continuing education system spanning hub development, program recommendations, and culture of lifelong learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute the development and launch of the continuing education hub.
