After School Matters in Chicago, IL is seeking part-time welding instructors for Summer 2026 to teach programs for teens aged 14–20 with a 12:1 instructor:teen ratio. The goal is to expose students to welding processes (GMAW, SMAW, GTAW) and welding science through hands-on projects and field experiences.
Instructors will recruit, teach, and mentor participants, develop curricula, manage planning and budgets, and maintain a safe shop environment.
