Make a Meaningful Difference as a Therapeutic Assistant / Teacher Assistant
We are looking for an experienced and energetic professional to support children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth and to maintain a classroom true to Montessori principles.
Responsibilities- Encourage children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth.
- Assist with maintaining a classroom that reflects the Montessori philosophy, fostering a community of respect and kindness.
- Prepare and maintain classroom materials and activities to support developmental goals.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in education, world languages, or a related field.
- PYP required training.
- Prior experience working with young children in a classroom or therapeutic environment.
Hourly rate: $16.00–$19.25 (depending on experience and location)
Full-time position.
Professional development and tuition reimbursement;
Sign‑On Bonus of $500 upon hire and additional $500 after 90 days.
