Director of Student Services

St. Barnabas School is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and mission-driven Director of Student Support for the 2026–2027 school year. Guided by our Catholic mission, this educator will support the academic, social, and emotional growth of all learners by providing targeted interventions, partnering with teachers to implement effective accommodations and instructional strategies, and working closely with families throughout the IEP and 504 evaluation process.

The Director of Student Support will also serve as a resource for students, families, and faculty while helping to ensure a smooth transition to high school. The ideal candidate is an organized, student-centered educator who values collaboration, strong family partnerships, and creating an inclusive environment where every student is empowered to succeed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with experience in Special Education and IEPS

The Archdiocese of Chicago offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefit programs. This position has an annualized salary range of $45,000.00 - $55,000.00. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
