Chicago Commons is seeking an Assistant in Child Development to support program leadership, educational planning, and compliance monitoring at our Nia Family Center in Chicago, IL. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field and experience in coordinating classroom activities.
You will assist in ensuring staff supervision, maintaining teacher-child ratios, and facilitating family engagement while collaborating with the Site Director.
