Overview
We seek a dynamic faculty member for the Master of Business Administration program. This full‑time (10‑month) appointment is at the Assistant Professor rank or higher based on qualifications.
Applicants should have business experience, teaching experience, and a commitment to developing critical thinkers and problem solvers.
Graduate School of Business and Leadership is a private, not‑for‑profit university offering nine Master’s programs and a Doctor of Business Administration.
Essential Responsibilities- Teach master’s level courses in business and related topics, both online and in person.
- Design courses that support educational paths for undergraduates and pathways to the DBA.
- Offer committee chairs or members in the DBA dissertation process.
- Develop and update courses using online master templates.
- Participate in programmatic and student learning outcomes assessment.
Passion for Student Success
- Improve student engagement, retention, graduation, and career advancement.
- Contribute to tools and events supporting student learning.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress and professional goals.
- Earned doctorate in business, leadership, or related field.
- Experience in teaching and practice, especially in finance, economics, technology, or related disciplines.
- Experience teaching or practicing Project Management, familiarity with PMP or equivalent certification.
- Record of effective teaching in higher education, online and hybrid formats.
- Research experience, including publications and presentations.
- Commitment to working with diverse populations and student success.
- Experience in learning outcome assessment and using technology, including AI, in teaching.
- Professional memberships as appropriate.
