The People’s Music School is seeking a Teaching Artist for General Music to lead introductory group experiences for 1st grade students in person at the Greater South Side site. You will plan and deliver engaging curriculum that blends theory, performance, improvisation and composition.
You’ll collaborate with the Learning & Teaching Team, design 2–8 week exploratory units with age-appropriate instruments, and support student growth through assessment and mentorship.
