We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate School Psychologist to join a K-12 educational team in the Carlin, NV area.
Job DescriptionAs a School Psychologist with Soliant Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and academic achievement of students across all grade levels. You will conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling, and work collaboratively with educators, parents, and administrators to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct prehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to address student needs and enhance educational outes.
- Monitor and track student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions and supports.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Current and valid School Psychologist license in Nevada.
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
